Kelvin Ho has 14 years experience assisting brands and retails to monitor and improve their global supply chain in terms of working condition and workers' right. He is a thought leader and problem solver to internal team and external clients in the region. In 1999, Kelvin started as a field auditor. He devoted his effort to develop the team in Greater China and other Asia countries. He made Training Manager in 2001, Asia Training Director in 2004 and HK-Asia Regional Manager in 2005.

He has done more than 1,200 social compliance audits in more than 35 countries on 4 Continents. He is certified in WRAP, SA8000, ICTI and other programs. He is also a certified LEAN Manufacturing Manager.

In addition to regular social compliance audits, Kelvin has led several CSR assessments for investment banks and well known financial organizations. Project experience includes a privatization of two state owned enterprises in China, wind energy company, manufacturing industry and etc.

He has developed and conducted numerous training seminars and factory consultations in many different industries and countries in order to help vendors and factories to understand social compliance and improve management performance.

Kelvin holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Minor in Physics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Kelvin is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
